Right of free resolution — 14 days

If you are a consumer, you can return your purchase within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason, under Decree-Law no. 24/2014.

How to return

1. Contact us by email at info@alvashop.eu, indicating the order number and the items to be returned;
2. We will send you the instructions and the return address;
3. Return the complete item, without signs of use, with all accessories and, whenever possible, in the original packaging;
4. The refund is made by the same payment method within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the returned item (or proof of shipment).

Return costs

Except in case of a defective item or wrong shipment, the transport costs of the return are borne by the customer. For bulky items, we can arrange collection by carrier, with the cost indicated in advance and deducted from the refund, if the customer prefers.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

It is not possible to return, under the terms of the law: personalized or custom-made items; sealed items not subject to return for hygiene or health reasons, when opened (for example, certain aesthetic consumables); and goods that, after delivery, become inseparably mixed with other goods.

Defective items

If the item arrives damaged or is defective, this is not a voluntary return but the activation of the warranty — the costs are fully borne by us. Contact us with photos and the order number.
