If you are a consumer, you can return your purchase within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason, under Decree-Law no. 24/2014.
Except in case of a defective item or wrong shipment, the transport costs of the return are borne by the customer. For bulky items, we can arrange collection by carrier, with the cost indicated in advance and deducted from the refund, if the customer prefers.
It is not possible to return, under the terms of the law: personalized or custom-made items; sealed items not subject to return for hygiene or health reasons, when opened (for example, certain aesthetic consumables); and goods that, after delivery, become inseparably mixed with other goods.
If the item arrives damaged or is defective, this is not a voluntary return but the activation of the warranty — the costs are fully borne by us. Contact us with photos and the order number.
