In accordance with Law no. 144/2015, in the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may resort to the following alternative dispute resolution entities:

Note: the European online dispute resolution platform (ODR) was discontinued by the European Commission in July 2025, so the above channels are the applicable ones.
