Shipping zones and delivery times

We ship to mainland Portugal, Spain, France, and Italy. Typical delivery times, after payment confirmation, are:

• Mainland Portugal: 2 to 5 business days (in-stock items) · bulky or made-to-order items: 5 to 15 business days;
• Spain: 3 to 6 business days;
• France and Italy: 4 to 8 business days;
• Islands (Madeira and Azores): by consultation — please contact us before ordering.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons. You will receive a tracking code by email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and volume. Free shipping in mainland Portugal for orders over 150 € (except bulky items marked on the product page).

Delivery of bulky items

Furniture and bulky equipment are delivered by carrier to the gate/door of the building. Uplifting to the floor and assembly are not included, unless otherwise stated on the product page. The carrier may contact you to schedule delivery.

Verification upon arrival

Please check the condition of the packaging upon delivery. In case of visible damage, note the reservation on the carrier's waybill (or refuse delivery) and contact us within 24–48 hours with photographs of the packaging and the item, so we can arrange for replacement or refund.

Undelivered orders

If the order is returned due to an incorrect address or repeated absence, we will contact you to reschedule; re-shipping costs may be charged.
