We ship to mainland Portugal, Spain, France and Italy. Typical times after payment confirmation:

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, weight and volume. Free shipping in mainland Portugal for orders over €150 (except bulky items flagged on the product page).
Furniture and bulky equipment are delivered by carrier to the building entrance/door. Carrying upstairs and assembly are not included unless stated on the product page. The carrier may contact you to schedule delivery.
Check the packaging condition upon delivery. In case of visible damage, note it on the carrier's delivery slip (or refuse delivery) and contact us within 24–48 hours with photos of the packaging and the item, so we can arrange replacement or refund.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or repeated absence, we will contact you to reschedule; re-shipping costs may apply.
