Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

Under Portuguese Law no. 144/2015, in the event of a consumer dispute the consumer may resort to the following alternative dispute resolution entities:

• CIMAAL — Algarve Consumer Conflict Information, Mediation and Arbitration Centre — consumidoronline.pt
• CNIACC — National Centre for Information and Arbitration of Consumer Conflicts — cniacc.pt

Note: the European online dispute resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued by the European Commission in July 2025, so the channels above are the applicable ones.
