The EXO pedicure set is a practical combination of accessories essential when working with a podiatry drill fitted with a dust collector. The set includes 5 filters for EXO nail files, a 13 mm rubber holder and 20 EXO Blue Med Cap abrasive caps. These carefully selected components ensure both the smooth operation of the device and the precise treatment of the skin and nails during a variety of pedicure and podiatry procedures.
Filters for nail drills with dust extractor
Replaceable filters designed for Exo nail drills: Pedi Lux, Classic File, Podo Line and Supernova help to maintain the correct operation of the extraction system. Regular replacement of the filter helps to maintain adequate suction power and reduces the risk of turbine overload. A filter that is too full restricts airflow, which can cause the turbine’s operating temperature to rise and lead to damage.
The filters are available in various colours. The colour of the filters is dispatched at random.

Rubber holder for 13 mm caps
The 13 mm diameter rubber holder is designed for abrasive caps used during pedicures and podiatry treatments. A properly fitted shank allows the holder to be securely attached to the device, ensuring stable operation and facilitating precise skin treatment.

Exo Blue Med Cap abrasive caps
The waterproof EXO Blue Med Cap 13 mm abrasive caps with a composite core have been designed for efficient and precise skin treatment. They are ideal for pedicures and podiatry treatments. The cosmetic corundum abrasive facilitates the removal of calluses, corns and hard skin, as well as smoothing the skin of the forefoot. The Med Cap composite core ensures the caps’ durability and a secure fit on the carrier. Carefully selected abrasive properties help to minimise heat build-up whilst treating the skin, enhancing comfort during the procedure. The caps adhere well to the holder, allowing for stable and precise guidance of the bur.
The 80-grit grade is ideal for removing calluses and treating challenging areas of skin.
Note: Caps and holders with a diameter of 13 mm should be used at a speed not exceeding 10,000 rpm. Operating at higher speeds may cause the micro-motor to vibrate and significantly reduce its service life.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
