Legal conformity warranty

All new goods sold to consumers benefit from a legal conformity warranty of 3 years from delivery, under Portuguese Decree-Law no. 84/2021. For business (B2B) buyers, the applicable legal and contractual regime applies.

What it covers

Manufacturing defects and lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery, including those that become apparent during the warranty period. In case of lack of conformity you are entitled, in the order and under the terms of the law, to repair or replacement of the goods, a price reduction, or termination of the contract.

What it does not cover

Normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, incorrect assembly by the customer, alterations to the product, or accidental damage after delivery.

How to make a claim

1. Contact us by email at info@alvashop.eu with the order number, a description of the problem and photos/video;
2. We will analyse the case, liaising with the manufacturer where necessary, and reply with the solution (repair, replacement or refund) and the respective timelines;
3. Transport costs under warranty are borne by us.
