1. Seller identification

The website alvashop.eu is operated by Almanaque Fenomenal Unipessoal, Lda., company registration no. 518622045, registered office in Loulé, Portugal ("Alvashop").

2. Scope

These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase of products through alvashop.eu. By placing an order, the customer confirms having read and accepted these terms.

3. Products and prices

All prices include VAT at the applicable legal rate, unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time; the price applicable to an order is the one in force at the moment of order confirmation. Product photographs are illustrative; small variations in colour or finish may occur.

Business customers may request an invoice with their VAT number by providing it at checkout.

4. Orders

An order is deemed accepted once payment is confirmed, which is communicated by email. Alvashop reserves the right to refuse orders in case of a manifest pricing error, stock unavailability or suspected fraud, in which case any amounts paid are fully refunded.

5. Payment

Accepted payment methods: MB Way, Multibanco reference, credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard) and PayPal. Payments are processed by certified providers; Alvashop does not store card details.

6. Delivery

Delivery conditions, times and costs are set out on the Shipping & Delivery page. The times indicated are estimates counted from payment confirmation. If a delay exceeds 30 days, the customer may cancel the contract with a full refund.

7. Right of withdrawal

Under Portuguese Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of 14 February, consumers have 14 days from receipt of the goods to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. See the Returns & Exchanges page for details and exceptions.

8. Warranty

Goods sold to consumers benefit from a legal conformity warranty of 3 years under Decree-Law no. 84/2021. See the Warranty page.

9. Alternative dispute resolution

In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may resort to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity under Law no. 144/2015:

10. Complaints Book

Customers may file a complaint through the Electronic Complaints Book at livroreclamacoes.pt.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of the EU country where the customer resides.
