At Alvashop, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.
Customers have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return, in accordance with European consumer protection regulations.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.
The product must not show signs of misuse or damage.
Customized products, opened consumables, used cosmetics, and hygiene-related items are not eligible for return for safety reasons.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake or defective product from Alvashop.
If the item arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
