At Alvashop, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

✅ Return period

Customers have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return, in accordance with European consumer protection regulations.

📦 Return conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.

  • The product must not show signs of misuse or damage.

  • Customized products, opened consumables, used cosmetics, and hygiene-related items are not eligible for return for safety reasons.

🚚 Return shipping costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake or defective product from Alvashop.

  • If the item arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

💳 Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
